Shannon McNally is a Reiki Master Teacher, yoga teacher, and holistic wellness practitioner. Her work is centered on presence, connection, and self-inquiry.

She practices with deep reverence for the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and with an explorative approach to care. Through energy work, movement, self-study, and breath, she supports people in deepening their relationship with themselves.

Shannon approaches the path to healing as something to be in dialogue with, not something to fix. Her work isn’t about moving toward a specific outcome, but about creating space for awareness, honesty, and change to unfold in its own time. All that she shares is shaped by long-term practice and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence.

She is a Reiki Master Teacher, a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. In 2022, she was honored as Best Energy Healer by Boston Magazine.

Shannon is the owner of Haeven, a healing space, apothecary and community focused space in Boston’s North End.
